Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael confronted her lawyer Mark Heller outside court after the troubled star was sentenced to 90 days in rehab as part of a plea deal.

Michael – who is estranged from Lindsay – has been vocal in his opposition to Heller, and confronted the New York-based lawyer just as Heller was telling reporters that he was "thrilled" with the outcome of Lindsay’s court appearance.

Michael yelled: "I don’t know what he is still doing here," Michael Lohan yelled repeatedly, prompting attorney Anthony Falangetti to respond: "He is her lawyer."

Michael – who claimed that Heller nearly landed Lindsay in jail because of his reluctance to advise on a plea deal – then stepped toward Falangetti, shouting "I am her father" and had to be physically held back.
