“Days of Our Lives” Star, 62, Passes Away
Actor Robert Kelker-Kelly has passed away at the age of 62.
According to reports, the soap opera star suffered a cardiac arrest on Saturday night, 3 October, at his home in St Peters, Missouri.
“First responders and paramedics responded to a call … for an adult male patient for a cardiac arrest,” Kyle Gaines, the Division Chief and Public Information Officer for the St. Charles County Ambulance District, told an American media outlet.
“They were dispatched where paramedics and first responders provided advanced life-saving protocol techniques. Unfortunately, the patient was pronounced deceased on scene.”
An official cause of death has yet to be released.
Kelker-Kelly is best known for portraying Bo Brady on the long-running soapie Days of Our Lives, a role he took over from Peter Reckell in 1992 and played until 1995. He also starred in other soapies including Another World and General Hospital.
He is survived by his daughter, Amelia Rose Kelly.
