Watch: Beyonce at Super Bowl

February 05, 2013

Beyonce wowed at this year’s Super Bowl half-time show, cramming her biggest hits and a not-so-surprise appearance from her Destiny’s Child bandmates into 12 minutes.

Following her lip-synch controversy at Barack Obama’s second presidential inauguration, Beyonce promised to blow fans out of the water and sing live at the Super Bowl – and she delivered.

Watch the video below:

The show kicked off with a special Pepsi fan countdown before the star kicked off her high-energy performance.

Wearing a daring leather and lace number by designer Rubin Singer, Beyonce kicked off with an a cappella version of her single Love on Top, before launching into her massive single Crazy in Love (sadly minus hubby Jay-Z).

Midway through her set, Destiny’s Child stars Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams popped out the ground (literally) to kick off with a few runs of their hit Bootylicious, before launching into Charlie’s Angels theme Independent Women. Kelly and Michelle accompanied the Queen Bee with the first part of her smash Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) – before Beyonce performed a stunning rendition of her ballad Halo.

Whew.
