Travis Barker Rushed to Hospital
Well-known musician Travis Barker has been rushed to hospital.
According to reports, he was admitted to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday afternoon, 28 June. His wife, Kourtney Kardashian, was by his side.
The reason for his hospital visit is unknown to the public at the moment. However, this is reportedly the second hospital that Barker (46) and Kardashian (43) have needed to visit within the same day.
Earlier in the day, the Blink-182 drummer tweeted, “God save me.” However, it’s unclear whether this was in reference to his current medical scare or the recently released collaborative song, “god save me”, with rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
Just hours later, Landon Barker – Barker’s 18-year-old son – appeared on stage with Kelly at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. Neither Landon nor MGK publicly addressed the news.
On the other hand, Alabama Barker – Barker’s 16-year-old daughter – was able to be by Barker’s side. The teenager also sent out an Instagram story calling for prayers for her father.
According to reports, the drummer was previously hospitalised in 2018 for blood clots in his arms, as well as for a staph infection, a bacterial infection and cellulitis.
