Steffy begs and pleads with Ridge to not abandon their family to go live a life with Brooke again. Sensing that Steffy is having a difficult time with her parents breaking up again, Bill asks her to meet him at the cliff house.
Emotionally distraught from her conversation with Ridge, Steffy has a brush with death in her car on her way to meet Bill.
Ridge expresses to Brooke his guilt about making Steffy feel as though she was abandoned by him. Bill and Steffy share an intimate moment where they share “I love you’s” and their devotion to each other.
Brooke and Ridge bask in the joy of being reunited, but lament in the fact that so many were hurt in the process. Stephanie goes to Ridge and Brooke to find out how she can make things right between them all.
As Taylor licks her wounds from being dumped again, Bill arrives and offers to help her get back at Ridge.
Taylor stops Thomas before he signs his Forrester Creations stocks back over to Stephanie. She plans to protect Thomas’ interests in the company no matter what it takes.
Ridge has his own plan for the shares that Thomas was supposed to receive from Stephanie. After a game of cat and mouse, Steffy leads Bill to her bedroom for some alone time.
After apologizing one more time, Stephanie asks Brooke to be a special part of her life again, just like she was during the time that Stephanie was fighting cancer. Taylor is suspicious that her daughter has someone in her bedroom with her when Steffy won’t allow her in. She is appalled to learn who and what Steffy is hiding and demands immediate answers.
24 – 31 Aug
Bill confesses to Liam that he spent the entire day with Steffy and now has been blindsided by Katie. Taylor expresses her concern to Steffy about her beginning a relationship with Bill. Meanwhile, Steffy is excited that Bill is in the process of telling Katie that he is leaving her.
Steffy and Thomas bicker back and forth after he voices his skepticism that Bill will actually leave Katie. Taylor attempts to mediate her children’s squabble and convince them to remain unified for the sake of their family.
Nick is taken by surprise when he pays a visit to Jackie and Owen and sees that all of their belongings have been packed up to move. Jackie informs Nick that she sold her loft and she and Owen will be moving in with him.
Steffy is still extremely concerned that she hasn’t heard from Bill since he left her to end his marriage to Katie. Bill finally contacts Steffy and tells her about what happened with Katie the night before.
Liam feels immense guilt from knowing what he knows as Katie gushes to Hope about how wonderful of a husband Bill is. When Taylor reminds Bill that he has a wife at home who is trying to save their marriage, Bill assures her that he still plans on leaving Katie to be with Steffy.
Bill and Steffy express their excitement with each other about how they will be sharing their lives together soon.
When Taylor pays a visit to Katie to inform her about Bill and Steffy’s affair, Liam attempts to intervene. After an exchange of words, Taylor insists to Liam that she is going to tell Katie what is going on behind her back.
Amber realizes that she is beginning to have feelings for Marcus when he moves out of her apartment and when Dayzee shows up to spend the day with him.
Steffy voices to Bill her fear that one day he may leave her and reunite with Katie. When Katie doesn’t believe the news that Bill and Steffy are having an affair, Taylor tells her that she caught them together in a compromising position.
