Sheen’s new fiancee already married

Charlie Sheen’s new fianceé is already married.

The Anger Management star popped the question to porn actress Brett Rossi earlier this month, but it has recently emerged that she is still in the process of divorcing her husband Jonathan Ross.

Ross – who is representing himself in divorce proceedings – filed for divorce from the 24-year-old adult film star in July last year, although she did not file her response until 30 January – two weeks before getting engaged to Sheen.

Rossi – who had been married to Ross for a year – is being represented by Sheen’s lawyer Mark Gross, and insiders expect the divorce to be finalised soon.

A source told Radar Online: "The divorce between Brett and Jonathan is going to be finalised in the next few months, if not sooner. There isn’t anything that is being contested."

Sheen – who has been married three times already and has five children from three different relationships – has revealed that he is "open" to having children with his new fiancée, but has no plans to do so in the near future.

He said: "I’m having way too much fun with her right now. So much fun it should be illegal."
