Rihanna hits fan in face
Rihanna hit a fan in the face with her microphone at her show on Tuesday (18 June).
The 25-year-old singer – who is currently on the UK leg of her Diamonds World Tour – was filmed lashing out at an unidentified male at Birmingham’s LG Arena as she performed We Found Love.
The S&M hitmaker later defended her actions, claiming the man had held her hand for too long.
A fan tweeted: "[Rihanna] just hit someone with her mic on accident haha oops(sic)."
Rihanna replied saying: "Purpose!!! That bitch won’t let me go (sic)."
The controversial singer also upset fans at an earlier show in Birmingham on Monday (17 June) when she kept them waiting for over two hours before the show started after being spotted partying with model Cara Delevingne at the Boujis nightclub in London until 3.15am the previous night.
Rihanna’s Diamonds World Tour started in the US in March and will next head to Ireland then on to mainland Europe before hitting Asia, Australasia, South Africa and the Middle East.
