Mariah rushed to hospital
Mariah Carey was rushed to hospital after dislocating her shoulder on the set of her new music video on Sunday.
The star’s representative released a statement that read: "Mariah injured herself while filming a video with Jeezy for the remix of #Beautiful, directed by her husband Nick Cannon,"
"She was taken to hospital late last night, where doctors reset her shoulder. She is fine and is recovering at home."
According to Sky News, reports indicate that Carey tripped and took a tumble due to the high heels she was wearing for the shoot.
In spite of her injury, Carey is still expected to perform with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra at the Hurricane Sandy benefit concert in Central Park on 13 July.
A source said: "She will perform, but it is likely she will have her arm in a sling."
