Katy, John still together?
Katy Perry was spotted getting close to John Mayer again at the weekend.
The Wide Awake singer was thought to have split with the Mayer after a brief romance last month, but they attended the FYF festival together in Los Angeles on Saturday (1 September).
Concertgoers saw John with his arms around Katy, while according to website E! news, they were in the VIP section dancing and stealing kisses as they watched bands including Purity Ring, Sleigh Bells and M83.
One fan posted a photo of the pair standing together on Instagram, where they could both be seen smiling as they watched the bands.
Perry (27) was rumoured to have been hurt when Mayer — who has dated a string of Hollywood beauties, including Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Taylor Swift and Cameron Diaz — went to ended their brief fling at the end of August.
A source said at the time: "She is making it seem like it wasn’t serious with John, but she is hurt."
Another friend said the Teenage Dream singer — who split from Russell Brand in 2011 after 14 months of marriage — was ready to get serious with Mayer.
They said: "She doesn’t want to get her heart broken again, but she feels a real connection and wants to see where things go."
After splitting from Brand, Perry briefly dated Florence + the Machine rocker Robert Ackroyd.
