Kanye’s assault victim after the money

Kanye West’s alleged battery victim wants to settle their case out of court.

According to TMZ, West has been contacted by a lawyer acting for the 18-year-old man the rapper allegedly attacked in a chiropractor’s waiting room last week, and has been told that the youth is willing to settle for a civil settlement of "several hundred thousand dollars".

According to TMZ, the alleged victim – who reportedly called West’s fiancee Kim Kardashian a "n***er lover" and a "stupid slut" – has reportedly not been co-operative with police has he ha no visible injuries, despite reportedly being punched by West over 30 times.

Both parties are said to be in negotiations over the settlement.

It was previously reported that Kardashian and the youth got into a row after he helped her to avoid paparazzi on the street, before turning to them and using a racial slur.

Kardashian reportedly reprimanded the youth’s choice of words, and the man turned to Kardashian and started verbally assaulting her.

"He threatened to hit her. He said, ‘I bet I could beat you,’" a source told the New York Daily News.

"She’s tiny, and if someone is following you screaming, ‘Slut! N***er lover! C**t,’ you don’t know if you’re dealing with an insane person who will go postal and hurt you.

"She was so upset, she was crying."

West arrived on the scene minutes later, and he and Kardashian followed the man into a nearby chiropractor’s office.

According to BANG Showbiz, West went "nuts" and started beating the teen as Kardashian looked on.

The brawl only ended after a massage therapist pulled West away from the alleged victim.

This is not the only assault case West is currently embroiled in.

He is currently facing charges after allegedly assaulting a photographer at a Los Angeles Airport last year.
