Speaking on this achievement, Loops said: "This is overwhelming and it’s so rewarding to know people have been waiting on the album."
Loops has been a regular fixture on the local live music circuit since he burst into the scene a few years ago. He has since toured London, played at numerous festivals, won an MK Award for Best Solo and opened for for acoustic folk star Xavier Rudd, who headlined Parklife Festival last year.
The singer/songwriter went to go work on a yacht after finishing university far away from home on the ocean, and had to rely on his guitar and loop pedal for everything from a backbeat to background vocals because he had no band. This spiralled into a downpour of creative, uplifting songs that led him to pursu music.
