Jennifer Love Hewitt engaged
Jennifer Love Hewitt is engaged to Brian Hallisay.
It was revealed yesterday (4 June) that the 34-year-old actress is expecting her first child with her Client List co-star and boyfriend of 15 months, and now the two are set to tie the knot.
According to Us Weekly magazine, Hallisay (34) popped the question to Hewitt in May during a romantic vacation to Europe.
The pair first met when they appeared in NBC TV series Love Bites before reconnecting when they were cast in the Client List.
The couple are overjoyed to be becoming parents and said in a statement: "We’re so thrilled and happy to start a family."
A source told the publication Hewitt is three months pregnant.
Earlier this year, it was reported the actress had enquired about the process of freezing her eggs as she was "worried" about ending up childless after a string of failed relationships, including romances with musician John Mayer and actors Jarod Einsohn and Jamie Kennedy.
Hewitt had made no secret of her desire to start a family, previously saying: "I would love to have babies. I’m obsessed with babies. I would love to have them one day."
