Halle’s ex, fiance in brawl

Gabriel Aubry has been arrested for battery following a brawl with Olivier Martinez.

The model – who is the father of Halle Berry’s four-year-old daughter Nahla – reportedly attacked the star’s French fiance Martinez on Thursday morning (22 November) when he was dropping the tot off at Berry’s home.

Aubry was taken to hospital be treated for a broken rib, facial contusions and a possible head injury and was charged with battery – and has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, Nahla and Martinez.

While Martinez is said to have come off better in the fight, he was taken to the same emergency room an hour later and was reportedly treated for a possible broken hand and neck injuries.

A source told gossip website TMZ: "Gabriel went nuts," in front of Berry and other witnesses after Martinez tried to address Aubry about his ongoing bitter custody battle with Berry.

Martinez allegedly told Aubry that "We have to move on", causing Aubry to push Martinez and try to punch him in the face, leading to a full-blown fight.

The fight comes after Berry (46) recently had her bid to move Nahla to France with her and Martinez denied by a judge.

Aubry, a Canadian model who lives and works in Los Angeles, had petitioned the court to stop Berry’s plans as it would give him limited access to his daughter. However, the Cloud Atlas actress argued the privacy laws are stronger in France and would keep Nahla safe from the paparazzi.

Berry – who split from Aubry in 2010- and Martinez, had put their wedding plans on hold while the actress focused on her custody battle.
