‘Fast and Furious 7’ gets ‘Fancy’
Vin Diesel has revealed that Fancy rapper Iggy Azalea will have a cameo role in the seventh instalment of the Fast and Furious film series.
Vin – lead actor and producer of the film – unexpectedly dropped the news when interviewed by French radio station Skyrock FM.
According to Bang Showbiz, the radio station asked the actor to choose a song from their playlist that he’d like to dance to. Of course he chose Iggy’s smash hit single Fancy and had the following to say: "Iggy Azalea. I just worked with her two weeks ago. I guess you’ll be the first person that knows this. She has a cameo in Fast & Furious 7, so I’m going to be loyal to Iggy."
Pop singer Rita Ora had a cameo in the previous instalment Fast and Furious 6 – so musician cameos isn’t anything new to the franchise.
Fast & Furious 7 is scheduled for release on April 3, 2015.
