Diddy involved in car crash

Rapper Diddy was involved in a dramatic car accident.

The 42-year-old music mogul appeared to be arriving at the Beverly Hills hotel in California yesterday (24 October) when his chauffeur-driven Cadillac Escalade collided with a Lexus RX vehicle at the Sunset Boulevard entrance to the property, police lieutenant Lincoln Hoshino was quoted as saying.

Photographs published on TMZ showed Diddy – whose real name is Sean Combs – lying on the lawn in front of the complex. According to Hoshino, the victims of the accident – Diddy, his driver, and the driver of the other vehicle – complained of pain, and while an ambulance was called to the scene, no one was admitted to hospital.

While police were summoned to the scene, no citations were issued.
