Christina expecting baby number two?

Christina Aguilera is pregnant, multiple US media sources have revealed.

According to Us Weekly, the singer – who got engaged to fiancé Matthew Rutler on Valentine’s Day – is expecting her second child later this year.

Aguilera has six-year-old son Max with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman, who she divorced in 2011 after five years of marriage.

The Voice judge – who met Rutler on the set of her 2010 film Burlesque while she was in the middle of her divorce – took to her Twitter account to share her engagement news, and a snap of her new ring.

Aguilera shared a picture of her and Rutler’s hands – proudly showing off her ring – with the caption: "He asked and I said…"

Meanwhile, Rutler’s future mother-in-law Kathleen – who reportedly accidently let the baby news slip to In Touch after being "sort of told not to say anything" – has heaped praise on the star, telling the magazine: "We love Christina. She’s a Rutler."
