YouTube unban steamy Kate Upton video

Cape Town – Video sharing website YouTube have unbanned a steamy dance video of swimwear model Kate Upton which they had initially banned, reported

The video was directed by Photographer Terry Richardson and features Kate dancing the “Cat Daddy”, a new dance move made popular by rappers Rej3ctz, dressed in a revealing bikini.

According to the the video was banned after it broke the company’s community guidelines.

“YouTube is not for pornography or is not for pornography or sexually explicit content,” said a spokesperson for video sharing giant.

‘Siphoning off viewers’

However, the newspaper claim YouTube must have realised their competitor was “siphoning off” viewers, as the video later back up after Richardson posted in on their competitor,Vimeo’s website.

“With the massive volume of videos on our site, sometimes we make the wrong call.

“When it’s brought to our attention that a video has been removed mistakenly, we act quickly to reinstate it,” the spokesperson told the Daily Beast.

A spokesperson for the model said: “The video is just Kate being Kate. YouTube is a great company and we respect whatever their decision is on this.”

Kate Upton in turn linked the video to her and wrote, “MY Cat Daddy!!! directed by Terry Richardson…haha.”

The video and other raunchy pictures were shot behind the scenes of the May issue of American Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar.
