GENERAL INFORMATION
Tickets
Some tickets will be available for purchase at the stadium box office. Please ensure that you collect your tickets from any Computicket outlet ahead of the show.
Security staff at the venues are trained in spotting counterfeit tickets and you may be denied entry to the concert or even arrested if you are found to be in possession of a fake ticket.
Even though you might believe that you have purchased a legitimate ticket from a friend or off Gumtree or Facebook, unless you have booked directly through Computicket, there is a chance that the ticket could be fake.
If you are no longer in possession of your ticket, please contact Computicket customer service before the show date, as tickets cannot be replaced or refunded at the venue.
If you are no longer able to attend the concert, your tickets will not be refunded.
At the Stadium
You will be subject to a search at entry – please co-operate with security and be mindful of prohibited items.
There are no pass-outs from the venue – once you exit the gates, you will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium. So: Be prepared.
Make sure you have your tickets, adequate cash to purchase food, drinks and merchandise at the venue, a mobile phone with a charged battery, and suitable clothing and footwear. (Need we say it, girls? Stilettos are a bad idea).
If you intend to purchase or consume alcohol at the show, please bring photo ID to prove that you are over the age of 18. Please note that alcohol will not be served to persons under the age of 18, or to people who are visibly intoxicated.
The concert will go ahead if it is raining, but as you are not allowed to bring umbrellas into the venue, we suggest purchasing an emergency poncho (you can usually find them at a supermarket) or a rain jacket.
You can take pictures of the performance with non-professional and cellphone cameras, but all professional photographic, audio and video equipment is strictly prohibited – unless you have the required media accreditation.
There will be strict security services as well as first-aid and medical staff at all venues should you be in need of assistance.
