Shakira finally triumphs over Erin and gets set to complete seducing Tino, Mmadika alienates Kgomotso and Thembeka’s article about Abigail, based on her interview with Tino, triggers a public confession from him.
Eddie sees Maletsatsi’s confiding in Daniel about her debt as a betrayal, Maletsatsi reluctantly agrees to seek financial help and Morongwe manipulates Mmadika into alienating herself from Shakira.
“Abigail” undertakes to haunt Shakira until she drives her to madness or suicide and Thembeka infiltrates the penthouse and makes a mysterious discovery.
Feeling completely alienated by Mmadika’s editorial on cyber-bullying, Kgomotso turns to Morongwe for help, Maletsatsi goes for her first consultation with the NDMA and “Abigail” pushes Shakira to pay the final price for murder.
Donna and Thembeka make some progress in finding out who shot Cole, Morongwe shrewdly uses Mmadika’s inept handling of Kgomotso’s problems to ingratiate herself with her daughter and Maletsatsi starts putting her debt rescue plan into operation.
Rejected by Tino, Shakira’s conscience tries to manipulate her into behaviour that will result in catastrophic consequences, Morongwe capitalizes on the fallout from Scandal’s cyber-bullying article and Maletsatsi has an opportunity to clear her conscience

Shakira makes a confession to Tino, Morongwe continues to subtly manipulate Mmadika and Tino is driven to violence as a result of Shakira’s shocking confession,
Shakira expresses her relief at “Abigail’s” final farewell, while on the road to debt recovery, Maletsatsi helps a few people along the way and Tino demands to know every sordid detail about Abigail’s murder.
Shakira tells Tino she doesn’t regret killing Abigail, Kgomotso declares she wants to spend the weekend with her mother and Jacques’ feelings for Thembeka seem to be rekindling.
Tino is furious when he finds out who helped Shakira to con him into believing that Abigail is still alive,
a well-intentioned lie by Mmadika comes back to haunt her and Thembeka’s ambitions push her to assert herself more and more boldly.
