Phenyo isn’t sure how to feel about Jabulani’s offer, Senzo confides in Noluntu about the demons he still has to deal with and Queen almost has heart failure when she sees who they’re meeting with.

Senzo’s had enough of his bad luck and decides to put his foot down, Caleb knows he’s being lied to but keeps quiet about it and Ruby is furious with herself for wishing that Xolani would call.

Mawande reacts defensively when Ngamla’s name comes up at home,  Steve warns Lungile to prepare himself for war and Choppa finds himself in trouble, yet  again.

Things don’t go down well when Queen gets another gift from her ‘secret admirer’,  Dineo is suspicious about her mother’s strange behaviour and Noluntu realises she’s fallen for the wrong guy again.

Matthew is angry when his warnings fall on deaf ears, Senzo is oblivious that his friend has feelings for him and  Xolani gets blasted from dizzying heights when he shows up at the shebeen.

8 – 15 May

Jason is not impressed when an early visitor shows up,  Caleb is shocked to the core by Akhona’s revelation and  Lungile lets it rip when his anger gets the better of him.

Ngamla drops a bomb which leaves everyone at Ezweni reeling in shock, Noluntu gets a kiss of a lifetime and Queen is stumped when she receives a marriage proposal.

Nicholas unwittingly insults the boss’s husband,  Phenyo is irked when Maude gives him a hard time in front of the guys and a shocked Senzo sees a document he wasn’t supposed to see.

Jabulani puts his foot in it in front of the Zondos, Steve proves how serious he was about his marriage proposal and Dineo is suspicious when Ruby has to rush off somewhere. 

One kiss is all it takes for Queen’s resistance to crumble,  Noluntu finally gets her man and Jabulani unwittingly rubs salt into Senzo’s wounds. 

Maude’s second visit to the shebeen is just as disastrous as her first and Ruby warns Xolani he’ll have to toe the line from now on.
