Ariana Grande and her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater, have officially ended their relationship after nearly three years together. According to reports breaking on June 8, 2026, from major outlets, the couple quietly parted ways several months ago but purposefully kept the development out of the public eye.

Insiders close to the pair emphasise that the decision was not taken lightly but was entirely mutual. “They realised they were better off as friends than in a committed relationship,” a source said. The two reportedly maintain immense respect and admiration for one another and remain highly supportive of each other’s respective careers.

The high-profile romance first sparked back in the summer of 2023 while filming the adaptation of the hit musical Wicked.
