Amor: I'm done fighting
Cape Town – Singer Amor Vittone is done fighting with her estranged husband, former Springbok captain Joost van der Westhuizen, reports.
In an interview with heat, Amor says that she wants the mud-slinging to stop and to find peace for her family.
Talking about a claim Joost madeabout never seeing his kids, she says people are now coming up to her asking why she doesn’t let Joost see the children.
‘Walk in my shoes for a day’
According to Amor, this is not the case, and says Joost sees them at least four or five times a week.
Amor told heat that she has never had anything to say about Joost’s ability as a father, but she is just concerned about the wellbeing of their children – Jordan, seven, and Kylie, five.
In the Huisgenoot interview, Joost revealed that he’s not able to dress himself, which is a concern for his estranged wife, because she wonders whether he’ll be able to drive their children around.
Amor told heat she only has one message for those judging her: “Walk in my shoes for a day and maybe then you might understand what I’ve been through.”
