Zooey Deschanel Reveals Daughter’s Name
Our favourite quirky girl, Zooey Deschanel, has revealed her newborn daughter’s name – finally!
The star of New Girl and her husband, Jacob Pechenik, welcomed their baby girl to the world in July and has now finally introduced the world to little Elsie Otter – yes, that’s right, Otter, like the animal.
The couple recently revealed the name of their 3-month old together, saying: “It’s Elsie Otter. Like the animal. Sea otter.”
And if you were to ask her New Girl co-stars what little Elsie Otter looks? Well, they’re just gushing over the cuteness of the baby:
“…[sic] She’s an extremely cute baby. She looks like Zooey. Two good-looking parents will make a good-looking kid” said Lamorne Morris, Deschanel’s co-star in New Girl.
