Zayn Malik To Release First Solo Single on Friday

If you are a One Direction fan, then you might want to get excited about Friday!

While there is no new 1D music in the pipeline, the band’s former member – the uber popular and oh so cheeky Zayn Malik – has announced that he will be releasing his first solo single this Friday.

One Directioners were up in arms last year when Zayn announced that he was leaving the band. This was soon followed by a public spat with former friend and ex-bandmate, Louis Tomlinson, in which the two seemed to diss each other.

However, Zayn stood by his decision and said that he had decided to leave the band in order to pursue his solo singing career. And now it seems that we will finally get a taste of what it’s like hearing Zayn go solo.

Zayn announced on his Twitter account that he would be releasing his first single – titled ‘Pillow Talk’ – on Friday. And just what is the song about? Well, according to Zayn, it’s about sex.

“…I think I’m pretty black and white with what it’s about…Everybody has sex, and it’s something people wanna hear about…It’s part of everybody’s life and it’s a very big part of life! And you don’t wanna sweep it under the carpet. It has to be talked about,” he said about his new single.

Well, then!
