Will Paul Pogba Transfer Back to Juventus?
Paul Pogba could potentially leave Manchester United at the end of the season and join his former team, Juventus, for an estimated £72 million.
According to reports, the Serie A champions are looking to re-sign the French midfielder – who they sold to the Red Devils for £92 million in 2016 – in the January transfer window.
Pogba first joined Juventus from Manchester United in 2012 on a free deal, and proved to be a successful and popular player.
The 25-year-old spent four years at the Italian club, scoring 34 goals and assisting a further 43 strikes, before making the multi-million pound move back to Jose Mourinho’s team.
However, his tenure thus far has been marred by underwhelming performances on the pitch, including a seemingly tense relationship with Mourinho.
The opening of the transfer market is scheduled for 1 January 2019, and the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid will no doubt offer Pogba lucrative offers for his services.
