Watch the trailer for ‘Terminator Genisys’
After fans began counting down the days, the trailer for Terminator Genisys has finally been released online.
Terminator Genisys is the first part of a standalone Terminator trilogy. Leader of the resistance in the year 2029, John Connor, continues the war against the machines in this part of the trilogy. When he learns of a plot to send a Terminator back in time to kill his mother, he sends Kyle Reese to protect her, but the Sarah Connor that Kyle finds is different than what he expected.
Franchise icon Arnold Schwarzenegger, returns at the helm of the film joined by newcomers Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney, Jason Clarke, Matt Smith, Byung-Hun Lee, and JK Simmons. The film is directed by Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones, Thor: The Dark World).
The film is due to open at cinemas worldwide in July 2015.
