Here is a selection of the top speeches and quotes from the 72nd annual Golden Globes, hosted for the third time by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler last night in Los Angeles.
There were a number of stars who spoke of their support for France after the deadly attacks against satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo and a kosher supermarket in Paris but most focussed on giving thanks for the respective projects.
