Upcoming disaster movie San Andreas is shaping up to be one epic visual feast in the crowded blockbuster movie season.

While this latest third trailer showcases all the action, it also shows the film’s other element – emotion – as the characters realise that trying to survive this disaster could mean their end.

After the infamous San Andreas Fault finally gives, triggering a magnitude 9 earthquake in California, a search and rescue helicopter pilot (Dwayne Johnson) and his estranged wife (Carla Gugino) make their way together from Los Angeles to San Francisco to save their only daughter.
