Watch: ‘Chappie’ trailer 2
Chappie is back with the second trailer to the self-titled film directed by SA filmmaker Neil Blomkamp.
Unlike the first trailer, the second one showcases more plot as Chappie (Sharlto Copley) is the first ever robot to feel emotion and think for himself. Of course this doesn’t go well with the authorities who then attempt to destroy the robot. Naturally, Chappie defends himself resulting in action, explosions and mayhem.
Hugh Jackman stars in the film as a crazy man obsessed with destroying Chappie while SA Rap group Die Antwoord also star.
