Tom Hiddleston Opens Up About Relationship with Taylor Swift

British actor and serious heart-throb, Tom Hiddleston, has finally opened up about his whirlwind romance with pop superstar, Taylor Swift.

The two seemed inseparable and were quickly dubbed ‘Hiddleswift’ by the media.

Tom and Taylor briefly dated towards the end of last year, and while they seemed seriously in love – to the point where they even met each other’s parents – it wasn’t meant to last, and the two called it quits after only 3 months of dating.

In the latest issue of GQ Magazine, Hiddleston opens up about his relationship with Swift, insisting that their romance was real and not a publicity stunt as many critics speculated.

“Of course it was real,” Tom told the magazine.

He continued, saying that Taylor is an incredible woman and that they genuinely fell in love with each other.

“Taylor is an amazing woman…She’s generous and kind and lovely, and we had the best time,” he said.

However, while Tom may still hold Taylor in a high regard, the interviewer asked Tom why things then came to an end.

As is a standard celebrity answer, Tom said that their hectic schedules and the fact that their relationship was so closely watched by the media, ultimately caused them to call it off.

“A relationship in the limelight…A relationship always takes work. And it’s not just the limelight. It’s everything else [sic],” he said.

Now, of course, the question on everyone’s lips is whether or not Taylor will write a breakup song about Hiddleswift.
