SA’s Springboks Exit Rugby World Cup
South Africa’s national rugby team, the Springboks, were sent packing after their gruelling semi-final loss to the All Blacks on Saturday.
The Springboks very nearly made it through to the final, but the reigning champions of New Zealand proved to be too much for the Boks’ to handle as they lost out 18 points to the All Blacks’ 20.
South African hearts were, naturally, broken but the Springboks played a great game as many commentators praised them for their performance.
New Zealand will now take on their other rivals, the Australian Wallabies in the final of the 2015 Rugby World Cup next Saturday.
The Wallabies were able to edge out an impressive Argentinian side on Sunday to book their place in the final.
