SA’s SCA To Hand Down Oscar’s Judgment Tomorrow

South Africa’s Supreme Court of Appeals is set to hand down judgment in the Oscar Pistorius case tomorrow morning.

The SCA will hand down the judgment at approximately 09:45 tomorrow morning, which will either see Pistorius’ judgement of culpable homicide be turned to murder or stay as is.

Pistorius shot and killed his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp in February 2013 after he mistook her for an intruder in his home.

However, the state appealed the judge’s decision of culpable homicide as they believed Pistorius intently murdered Steenkamp.
