Samantha Markle: Meghan is Jealous of Kate Middleton

Meghan Markle’s estranged half-sister, Samantha Markle, says that the former actress is “jealous” of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.

Her controversial claim comes after the Duchess of Sussex and her husband, Prince Harry, announced their decision on 8 January to distance themselves from the British royal family.

In a recent media interview, Samantha – who has frequently criticised Meghan – said that the couple’s exit was deliberately announced on the eve of Middleton’s 38th birthday out of jealousy.

The 55-year-old explained: “Sad [that Meghan] would do that on [Middleton’s] birthday – I believe she was jealous of beautiful [Middleton]. She could never compare.”

Samantha went on to heap more praise on Middleton, who is rumoured to be feuding with the Duchess of Sussex.

She said: “Perfect Queen [pic] material and lovely as a family member, especially as a mother. I was impressed with how [Middleton] could make a $200 dress look like $2 million.”
