Sam Smith responds to mean Stern

Stay With Me hitmaker Sam Smith has responded to regular celebrity bully Howard Stern after he had some things to say about the singer.

Regular industry has-been/bully Howard Stern seems to be in desperate need for the spotlight once again and has been saying mean things about singer/songwriter Sam Smith to stay relevant.

We all used to the radio host and America’s Got Talent judge from his past as a meanie but he recently picked on the most unlikely person.

Stern referred to Smith as “fat” and an “ugly motherf*cker” — and justified it by saying that it was what he likes MOST about Smith.

“You know what I like about the guy? He’s an ugly (expletive). He’s fat…Is he gay? He looks gay to me, not that anybody looks gay, but he does seem effeminate…I like that he’s chubby and gay,” Stern said. “That’s why I love him. He’s one of those guys I feel like, he’s really good but I feel like [“Stay With Me”] will be his only hit song."

“That’s how good that song is,” he added. “He’s fat and he’s gay and little girls worship him. That’s when you know you have a good song and a good voice. I’d like to get him in here to congratulate him on beating the odds. He’s like the male Adele.”

Sam Smith caught wind of said comments and responded on social media with this:

And he topped it off with a response on Instagram captioned "I say what’s on my mind, I might do a little time":
