Ramos Has Harsh Words For Liverpool’s Klopp

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has advised Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp to “stick to his own business” because he keeps criticising Ramos’ challenge on Mohammed Salah that occurred during last season’s Champions League final.

The 32-year-old Spaniard claims Klopp continues to criticise his much publicised first-half tackle on the Liverpool forward, which left the Egyptian with a shoulder injury, as the reason for Liverpool’s 3-1 loss.

The two have traded criticisms since the incident, with Klopp labelling Ramo’s performance as “brutal” whilst the Spanish skipper remarked on Klopp’s losing six of his seven career finals as manager.

Ramos said: “It’s not the first final [Klopp] has lost, he should mind his own business. Some of us have been operating at a very high level for many years, I’m not sure he can say the same.”

Ramos said he still considers Klopp a good manager despite all that has happened.
