Pasuwa To Submit CHAN Report
Warriors coach, Kalisto Pasuwa, is said to be submitting his report on the Warriors’ performance at the 2016 CHAN tournament today.
Pasuwa was asked to submit a report of the Warriors’ CHAn performance after a disastrous performance by the national team that saw them knocked out i the group stages.
He was asked to submit the report by the ZIFA High Performance Committee (HPC).
After the Warriors’ CHAN performance – in which they failed to win any matches – many speculated over the future of Pasuwa as the coach of the national team.
Edzai Kasinauyo, a ZIFA board member and head of the High Performance Committee, said on Saturday that they have asked Pasuwa to submit a report on the Warriors’ performance:
“…[sic] We have asked Pasuwa to submit a report on the Chan tournament and we will be meeting as a Committee this week to come up with recommendations which will be forwarded to the ZIFA board. We can only comment after discussing the report from the technical committee,” he said.
It is to yet know if ZIFA will make an announcement after reading Pasuwa’s report.
