Our Top Celeb Ice Bucket Challengers

Celebrities are going crazy with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which dares nominated participants to dump a bucket of ice water all over themselves.

The whole point of the challenge is to create awareness around Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) – more commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, by filming yourself being dumped with a bucket of ice water and then challenging other people to do the same.

If you get nominated, you have 24 hours to film ice water being dumped on yourself. If you decide to forfeit, then it’s suggested that you donate money to the ALS Association charity group.

Celebrities such as Iggy Azalea, J Lo, Lady Gaga and even Lil Wayne are using social media to spread the word around by posting videos of themselves and challenging other celebs to do so.
