Max Ehrich Speaks Out on Demi Lovato Engagement

Actor Max Ehrich is adamant that he and singer, Demi Lovato, have not ended their two-month engagement.

Last week, Lovato seemingly confirmed that she and “The Path” star had broken up after she posted videos of herself to Instagram Story, in which an engagement ring is nowhere in sight.

However, in a now-deleted Instagram Story post shared last Friday, 25 September, Ehrich claimed that the “I’m Ready” songstress never actually spoke to him about ending their relationship.

He then explained how he found out about the split: “I was on the set of my new movie … with crew and cast members right next to me, who literally watched me open my phone where I then opened a tabloid. Imagine finding out the status of your relationship through a tabloid.”

However, a source close to the former couple recently said to a media outlet: “[Lovato] did tell him beforehand … There has been a lot of tension, and [Lovato] left him to get a clear head. She didn’t know who [Ehrich] truly was and didn’t think he had good intentions.”
