Man Kills Friend Over R3

A Zimbabwean man from Bulawayo has killed his so-called friend over the measly amount of R3.

According to various reports by Zimbabwean newspapers, the man also managed to injure another man that was part of the quarrel.

The man, who has been identified as Nkosiyazi Siziba stabbed his friend, Edica Ncube, in the stomach after Ncube allegedly failed to pay Siziba back the money that he owed him.

The amount in the dispute was reported to be R3 (3 South African Rand) and Ncube then finally succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.

After the stabbing of Ncube over the R3, the court heard that Siziba had also turned on another friend, Melusi Ncube, who allegedly had failed to pay back R5 that he had owed him.

It is believed that Ncube is recovering in hospital.

Siziba’s case has since been postponed to April 13th.

He has been charged with murder.
