Macaulay Culkin Jokes About His “Midlife Crisis” at 40
Guess who recently turned 40-years-old? The household name of “Home Alone”, Macaulay Culkin, recently shared the news on Twitter, and now everyone is feeling their years.
Culkin is most famous for starring in the 1990 holiday film about a little, blue-eyed boy who booby-traps his home against two bumbling thieves on Christmas Eve.
In a series of tweets on Wednesday, 26 August, Culkin posted his thoughts, starting with: “Hey guys, wanna feel old? I’m 40. You’re welcome.”
In a second tweet, he joked: “Since I’m 40, I think it’s about time to start my midlife crisis. I’m thinking of picking up surfing. Do you all have any suggestions?”
Despite the teasing, many of his adoring fans came forward with ideas and suggestions, such as remaking the cherished film that launched his career.
Other fans teased Culkin right back, with one user joking: “Nursing home alone.”
Several sources claim that the former child actor will appear in the tenth season of the horror anthology series, “American Horror Story”, next year.
