Macaulay Culkin Joins “American Horror Story” Season 10 Cast

February 28, 2020

Horror fans, rejoice! Your favourite horror anthology series will return for a tenth season, and Macaulay Culkin will be joining the cast.

Series creator and producer, Ryan Murphy, unveiled the cast for the new season of “American Horror Story” on Wednesday, 26 February, via a post on Instagram.

Murphy shared a short black-and-white video of waves crashing on a beach, with each cast member’s name fading in and then out. The one name that generated the most hype was that of Culkin.

The 39-year-old former child actor is best known for playing the main character in the beloved ‘90s Christmas film franchise, “Home Alone.”

Shortly after the announcement, Culkin humorously tweeted: “I just woke up and saw I was trending. Can someone explain what’s going on? Did I die again?? [sic]”

Details on the new season’s story are scarce, but previously we have been treated to twisted tales centred around a cult, a haunted house, an asylum and even the end of the world.

Season 10 will premiere later this year.
