Lady Gaga to Perform at Super Bowl Halftime Show
Get ready, little monsters! Lady Gaga has just announced that she will be performing at next year’s Super Bowl halftime show, and we literally could not be any happier!
Following in the footsteps of artists such as Beyonce, Katy Perry and Bruno Mars – Mama Monster will take the stage for the much anticipated halftime show at next year’s Super Bowl on February 5th.
The performance will be the perfect platform for Gaga to showcase her new material and album – the first full length album since 2013’s ‘Artpop’.
Gaga has been taking a different direction artistically over the past few years. Ditching the outrageous outfits and dance pop sound for a more sophisticated yet still rock sound.
Her first single off her latest album, ‘Perfect Illusion’, has already been a hit among fans and has had more than 20 million views on YouTube.
Gaga announced her Super Bowl gig on Instagram, posting a picture with the caption: “It’s not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA.”
