Kylie Jenner’s Alleged Stalker Receives Jail Sentence
A man has been sentenced to one year in jail after he was charged with trespassing onto Kylie Jenner’s property.
According to reports, Brandon Sevilla Martinez arrived at the make-up mogul’s home – located in the gated community of Hidden Hills, California – on 29 October.
Martinez supposedly walked up the driveway and pounded on the front door, demanding to see Jenner. A security guard then proceeded to escort him off the premises, and he was subsequently arrested.
Jenner – who was not at home during the incident – filed for a temporary restraining order against Martinez.
Speaking to a media outlet, the LA County Superior Court clerk said that Martinez pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of trespassing on private property, and one felony count of bringing contraband into jail.
Martinez will now serve one year in LA County Jail and three years on probation. He must also stay 100 yards away from Hidden Hills.
A hearing to extend Jenner’s restraining order against Martinez will take place later this month.
