Kris Jenner Reveals Her Fears

June 14, 2017

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter for their Reality Roundtable show, Kris opened up about life as the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and how being in the spotlight has affected her family.

Kris revealed that, while her fears for her own children have quelled over time, she is extremely concerned about how the family’s immense fame will affect her grandkids.

“It’s my grandchildren who I worry about because I have six of them…The oldest just turned 7, and my youngest is 6 months old, and they don’t have a choice. And I worry, I do, because it is such a bullying environment [sic],” she said.

Kris also gave her opinion as to why ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ became such a hit and how it has managed to stay on air for 10 years.

“I think the reason we became something of a phenomenon is because there are so many of us…Everybody can relate to somebody in my family, whether you’re 7 or you’re 107. And people just got emotionally attached and invested in seeing this family evolve: They’re getting married, getting divorced, having babies” she said.

She also said that Kim Kardashian’s robbery in Paris last year, where she was bound and held at gunpoint, changed the way the family portray themselves in front of the cameras and especially on social media.

“It really changed all of our lives and the way that we live…There is nothing wrong with working hard and getting something wonderful for yourself if you want to or that’s what you’re into, but I think the way that we share it with other people really changed. You think five times about what you’re going to put out there on social media [sic],” she said.
