Kim Kardashian Held At Gunpoint In Paris
In a turn of shocking events, Kim Kardashian West’s Paris Fashion Week expedition has turned into a nightmare.
News broke early this morning that the reality star was held at gunpoint in her Paris apartment after masked gunmen broke into her flat in the city and robbed her of millions of dollars worth of jewellery.
According to reports, two men entered the apartment she and husband Kanye West own in Paris dressed as police men. They then proceeded to tie up her security guards, and made their way into her bedroom where she was sleeping.
Details are still vague, but apparently the gunmen tied Kim up and forced her into the ensuite bathroom, where she stayed until they left with the jewellery.
Kanye West was in New York City at the time of the incident, performing a concert.
In various videos shared on social media, you can see a man walk up to Kanye on stage while he is performing and telling him something.
Kanye then abruptly stopped his show while telling fans “I’m sorry I have to stop the show, I have a family emergency [sic],”
According to Kim’s spokesperson, Kim is physically unharmed but badly shaken by the ordeal:
“…Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers…She is badly shaken but physically unharmed,” her spokesperson said.
Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney and Kendall are also in Paris at the moment.
It is not yet clear whether Kanye West is with her, but it is assumed that he has flown to Paris to be with her.
This is in an incredibly tragic ordeal for the mother of two, and we hope she recovers quickly.
