Kesha’s mom is countersuing Dr. Luke

The Tik Tok hitmaker’s mother, Pebe Sebert has come forward with claims that the music producer, caused great distress and emotional turmoil and post-traumatic stress disorder after he allegedly raped her daughter in a way "not to be tolerated in civilised society."

Sebert, whose daughter is also embroiled in a court battle with the record executive – real name Lukasz Gottwald – says that Dr Luke acquired the name ‘Dr.’ because he used to deal drugs to celebrities when he worked as a guitarist on Saturday Night Live for 10 years.

She also claims that he boasted about taking girls out, getting them drunk and having sex with them.

She says she had to medicated during a therapy session because she became so hysterical when talking about the 41-year-old musician, which she claims has tormented and abused her by violating her daughter.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, her court documents largely restate claims made by Kesha in her lawsuit.

Kesha filed legal papers in October asking for her record contract with Dr. Luke to be terminated. She also accused him of sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abusing her for almost a decade.

Dr Luke then filed a countersuit against the 27-year-old star and also a separate lawsuit against her mother, claiming Pebe orchestrated a smear campaign of lies against him and tried to extort him in a desperate attempt to get Kesha out of her contract with him.
