Kendall Jenner Gets Permanent Restraining Order Against Stalker

Supermodel Kendall Jenner has gotten a permanent restraining order against her stalker. It was granted after her attorney presented the courts with dozens of ‘love letters’ addressed to her from the middle-aged man.

Thomas Hummel, Kendall’s stalker, has been sending her love letters since February.

Jenner’s attorney, Shawn Holley, represented her in court yesterday, as she was unable to attend. Holley stated that while the letters started out as loving, they quickly became hostile.

Hummel allegedly started to insult Kendall’s mother, Kris Jenner, and her rumoured boyfriend, rapper, A$AP Rocky, in the letters. He also started calling Kendall vulgar names, saying that she had “become an internet whore”.

Kendall’s head of security also testified at the court proceedings. His testimony, along with proof of the letters, prompted the judge to issue a permanent restraining order against Hummel.

The judge ordered Hummel to stay at least 100 yards (90 meters) away from Kendall at all times and forbade him from contacting her in any way or form for the next three years.

This is not the first time that the 21-year-old has had to deal with stalkers. Earlier in the year, an obsessed fan broke into Kendall’s house. She opened up about the trauma the break-in caused her in an episode of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’.

Kendall said that she had completely lost her sense of security.

“I used to be the one who was so independent. I was always kind of by myself, in a good way…But now it’s fully flipped [sic],” she said in the episode.

Kendall has not commented publicly on the court ruling.
