Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Taking A Break
It seems that yet another Hollywood couple have decided to cool it on their relationship. Pop star, Katy Perry, and Lord of the Rings actor, Orlando Bloom, have decided to put their relationship to the side and take a break from seeing each other.
Reps for both Katy and Orlando revealed the news to the media in statement.
“Before rumours or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time,” their representatives clarified.
However, while the couple may be taking a break from each other now, they were seen together mere days ago, at the Vanity Fair Oscar’s after party.
The two were smiling and posing together, as if nothing was the matter.
Even stranger, Orlando posted a picture of himself holding Katys adorable dog, Butters, on Instagram just yesterday, with the caption reading: “A mighty heart”.
While we watch with mouths agape, it seems not everyone was as surprised by this news. Insiders are now saying that the power couple never intended on having a serious relationship.
Even though it seems to have had all the traits of one – think romantic Italian getaways, visiting sick children, and surprise birthday parties in Palm Springs – sources say neither of them were in the mindset to settle down just yet.
Oh well, that’s a Hollywood romance for you!
