Juventus and Chelsea Head Coach Swap Nearly Complete
Maurizio Sarri is expected to be announced as the new head coach of Juventus this weekend, and he will be leaving Chelsea with a European title for all his hard work.
Reports say that the Blues are going to receive more than £5 million for the deal, whilst Juve are taking on the 60-year-old Italian for three years.
No official confirmation of the deal has been announced yet – this is likely to happen once the finer details have been sorted.
Sarri will earn approximately €7 million per year, for the three seasons, with his team led by football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. The latter is hungry for a Champions League title which his team has yet to taste since he joined them, but has come so close to several times in recent seasons.
Derby manager Frank Lampard is predicted to take over the vacant spot left by Sarri.
The former Blues player previously mentioned that he would re-consider his future with the Rams after they lost to Aston Villa in the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.
