Justin Timberlake’s Wife Behind His Apology

Two weeks after he was seen holding hands with actress Alisha Wainwright, Justin Timberlake issued a public apology – but he reportedly only did so because his wife, actress Jessica Biel, told him to.

Late last month, Timberlake and Wainwright – who are currently shooting the film, “Palmer”, in which they play lovers – were seen holding hands at a bar in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Timberlake released a statement on Instagram last Wednesday, 4 December, in which he apologised to Biel – with whom he shares a four-year-old-son, Silas – for his actions.

However, a source told a media outlet that it was Biel who pushed the “Filthy” hitmaker to make the apology.

The source explained: “[Biel] encouraged [Timberlake] to put out his statement on Instagram because she felt embarrassed by his actions and wanted him to take accountability.”

Despite being “very upset and embarrassed” by his behaviour, Biel is apparently still standing by her husband.

The source added: “They are still united, very much together and strong.”
